Welcome to SledBook.com. SledBook is an interactive community (not a forum) launched on Sept. 12, 2009 for snowmobile enthusiasts to share:
- pictures
- videos
- events
- information about their sleds
- riding areas and their snow/weather conditions
- anything else that users wish to share
SledBook is designed to bridge different content types together, allowing users to find the content they are looking for, and easily browse to related content. For example when a user views a picture, there may be links to the sleds, riders, and area relevant to that picture. If the user clicks on one of the sled links, the sled profile will be shown which provides information about the sled, and other pictures and videos of that sled.

They can tag their friends, their sleds (and their friends' sleds), and any riding areas they were at. A region is a nearby town, or city, that contains one or more areas.
- Area Conditions Updates - Users can create a condition update for riding areas. They can provide updates for snow and weather conditions, grooming conditions, avalanche hazard, or anything else related to an area's conditions. The most recent updates will automatically be shown on the corresponding riding area and region pages.
